Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Issues

Return & Exchange Policy
At Kings Soul Seasoning, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the flavor and quality of every jar we craft. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@KingsSoulSeasoning.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, as we work quickly to process and ship. Please reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
